I cannot access my primary User account. keep getting this message:"The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." I cannot access my primary User account. My OS is Windows Vista.Fortunately, I have 4 users. i tried to get to my Admin acct through my second acct, but all that I could do was to change my Admin password. However, even if I use my new password, I keep getting the same message.
