Lost contacts in Outlook Express.
My computer has been searching for (*.wab) as suggested by Bruce Hagen, all night long. It's got 50 GB free space and 2 external hard drives ( 500 GB eacj) connected to it. Should I let it keep going? Should I try searching for (~wa) for awhile instead? The computer has now searched for both files and found nothing. Any hope here? Don

Open Windows Explorer. In the Address field, enter%AppData%\Microsoft\Address BookPress Enter. You should see a file whose file type is ".wab" and whose name matches your Windows username.Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]--------------------------------https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/profile/Brian.TillmanIf a reply helps, please vote it as helpful. Now how do I export the lists of contacts back to Outlook Express or even print them including the actual email addresses?
