I bought a laptop earlier this year with windows 7 home installed. I've been using it with no problems accepting automatic updates, all updates were being installed regularly with no probs. Then a couple of weeks ago we lost internet connection after udates had been installed. I have had to restore the computer to an earlier time (before latest update installed) to be able to connect to internet and ask for help! Each time I use my laptop now I have to repeat this process just to be able to use it!!! Can anyone help??????? please!!!!!!!!! :-)

Hi, I suspect this is caused by software conflict. In this situation, I suggest you take the following steps to troubleshoot: 1. Boot into Safe Mode with networking to check the result. 2. If this issue does not occur in Safe Mode, you could perform a Clean Boot to find what the culprit is. 3. Update the network driver to the latest to test the result. 4.
