I have a BRAND NEW Dell Netbook, Windows Pro Home Edition, 93% unused space on hard drive. When I attempt to open AOL 9.5 with NO windows open, I get the following error message:The operation could not be completed due to low memory or hard drive space. Please close one or more windows, then try again.Also, when I log on, I get a light blue screen the almost completely covers the whole desktop and on the toolbar is a CDP1 code with a small AOL icon next to it. I can get rid of it by right clicking and clicking close. How can I resolve these issues? Thanks. 8 people need an answerI do too
