Dear All,

I have a Lync 2013 Environment, and i am experiencing problems with Mobility. I configured the reverse Proxy IISARR.

Everything seems ok, but when i try to login with a Lync Mobile 2013 i can not login and i can see two Events on The Front-End.

Event ID: 1309 related With .Net Framework:

UCWA encountered an unexpected exception during initialization.

I ran Lync 2013 Connectivity analyzer and i get below Error:

There seem to be issues connecting to the UCWA service with url https://lyncweb.domain.com/ucwa/v1/applications using POST

I looked for this issue online and i just cant get a solution for it, can someone Help me troubleshoot this?

Michael, I already tried those steps, I am using system Center Endpoint Protection. To ensure that this was not originated by the AV, I even uninstalled the AV from the server and reinstalled the The following components: - Lync Web Conferencing; -Lync Web Components; - IIs. I just added a second FE Server to the Pool, redirected all the Publishing to newly installed FE Server.

Using the Lync connectivity analizer i still cant connect to the UCWA, but the server has no UCWA or .Net related Erros.

This a very strange Behaviour.

What is your results when running the Lync/OCS tests from: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ ?

When signing into the mobile device are you using the advanced options and specifying domain\user as well? Which mobile device are you testing with?

Also looks like your lync-webconf and sip records are pointing to the same external IP address.

Hi Eric,

problem persists, on the recently added FE Server i cant find the error on the EVent Viewer, but, i can see the error showing on the first FE Server. I am going to decomission the First FE Server and check the event log on the second one.
