Is there a feature available to write and see all feedbacks/ Appreciations of a user on Microsoft Lync.

A 'Feedback' icon besides call/Share/video/IM in the Lync conversation window.

Features

1) All feedback for a user visible in users Lync window at a single place

2) Users can write feedback for a person/group

3) My feedback- an icon wherein users can see all the feedback received

you should be able to customize this using UCMA SDK. post this on MSDN forum where you i'll be able to get further assistance.

This feature is not native with Lync client.
