Hello All -

Generally new to Lync but for the limited amount of time that I have been using it, if I had members in a group that was collapsed, it would tell me how many of the total were online like "Friends (2/10)."

After a Microsoft Update today, the same group is now only telling me how many people are in the group, not how many are online anymore: "Friends (10)."  I would like to go back to the old view, but have been unable to find an option for it.  The closest I can find is the "Show contacts with away, offline and unknown presences in a separate group" checkbox, but I don't like that option very much either.  Does anybody know how to get it back to the way it was before?

From your description above, it can be the issue of the latest update.

Please open Control Panel, and uninstall the latest update for Lync 2013, restart Lync 2013 and test the issue again.
