Lync 2013 Mobile App not signing in user on Android or WIndows Mobile

The problem is that we can sign a particular user in on an iOS device but not Android or Windows Mobile.  It keeps saying my account information is incorrect, even though it is entered correctly.  We have already reset the user's password and still no luck.  Any ideas?

Hi,Daniel,

Are your users SIP address same as users user principal name (UPN)?

What's the error message when you sign in Lync mobile on Android and Windows mobile?

Have you checked the following KB and troubleshooting article to see if they apply to your issue?

The error I get is that the user cannot sign in, but with the same settings, a user can sign in on an iOS device.  I looked at the articles you sent and everything seems fine.  I have also ensured the Android and Windows devices have been tested and certified to run Lync 2013.  Frustrating it is.
