i assume that you have SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) deployed and login has the full access on SQL Server to make changes?
try to open the SSRS URL in explorer and see whether it works.

Would you please verify that you log into the server with the SQL Server Reporting Services service account that you configured during the configuration of the SQL Server Reporting instance?

the account that you use to configure, does it have local admin rights on SSRS server as well as the domain access rights?

Agree with Thamara , Can you add your account in to local admin group in SQL box and check again ?
