I'm setting up lync 2013, with 3 front End pool. whent i tried to publish the Topology, i recieve this error.

occurred: "Microsoft.Rtc.Management.Deployment.DeploymentException" "Active
Directory universal groups are not ready at this time. Either prepare the forest
first, or wait for replication to complete.

any Idea?

Before you can publish a topology you must complete the Schema, Forest and Domain prep from the Lync Server Deployment wizard: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398607%28v=ocs.15%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

From error above, it seems that something wrong during the preparation of Active Directory for Lync Server 2013 deployment: prepare active directory schema, forest and domain, please make sure AD preparation correctly and completely, then publish topology again.
