Lync 2013 Will Not Pick Up My Audio Device
I have an Alienware M17x R4 (i7) running windows 7. My company just recently upgraded to the Lync 2013 client and now I cannot join video conferences because Lync can't detect any audio device. I have removed and updated all my drivers (Sound Blaster Recon3Di) but still cannot get it to work. I have looked through the forums and tried everything but have not found a solution. Any ideas?
(Also I had to put this post under "Lync 2010 and OCS" because Lync 2013 was not an option.)

This is a fairly well documented issue with Lync 2013 on some devices.  There is a driver conflict in most cases that prevents Lync from detecting the sound or vide device.  try uninstalling the WIUSB and WIUSB host controller, and then restart Lync.
