Lync 2013 deployment in two sites

Hello Experts,

Hope fully I will get the good design and good direction towards the Lync deployment

We have two sites Site A and Site B. In Site A we have around 550 users in which initially 100 users will be using Lync with Enterprise Voice, in Site B we have around 250 users in which initially 15 users will be using Lync including Enterprise voice.

Both Site A and Site B have a separate CUCM deployed and of course separate PRI Lines,

We require Lync high availability because Lync call centre will also be deployed in Site B and in Site A there is no need for Lync High availability

Site A and Site B are connected through Micro Wave radio connectivity (Wireless connectivity) which has 8Mb speed, but it is fully utilized as Site A has all application and other services related servers, because Site A is acting as a centralized Datacentre, same 8MB connection is being used for Internet connectivity for site B users as well.

In Site B We are thinking to deploy a Lync Enterprise Edition with two FE Servers which will be integrated directly with the Site B CUCM server

In Site A we are thinking to deploy Lync Standard Edition server which will be directly integrated with Site A CUCM Server, We are installing Lync Standard Edition because we do not want to traverse SIP and Media traffic over the WAN as WAN is fully utilized as well if I will directly integrate Site B Lync with Site A CUCM then this will also utilize the WAN.

Now Questions are as follows:

1. Should I create two central sites or one central site with separate and dedicated pool

2. If I will create two central sites then is it possible to share 1 edge server associated with two central sites

3. Where should I deploy Edge server in Site A or Site B and why

4. if Edge will be deployed at Site A that means all media traffic of external users homed in Site B will go through over the WAN is this correct?

5. If Edge will be deployed at Site B which means I will require a dedicated Public IPs connected directly in Site B as well as I will require DMZ zone in Site B is this correct?

6. Should I deploy two separate Edge Servers or one will be fine

7. How Lync External Web Services will be published, I understand that if I will use two separate Central sites then External web services will be different then in this case what should be the procedure, do I require separate public IPs in Site A and Site B or from one site where Edge will be deployed I should publish all Services with the same litsener

8. if I will deploy two Edge Servers then how SIP, webconf and AV records will be created as the domain name will be same

9. if I will deploy two edge servers then how SRV records for SIP will be created and how will it work

10. in my scenario what will be the best practice for Edge and Web Services publishing, what will be the best practice to create two central sites or only one central site.

11. If I will create two central sites which means separate Lync External Web URLs, and if I will publish all from one site then will the media flow over the WAN?
