When Lync loads it generates a 6281 error in Event Log.
I am troubleshooting an Event Log error that I have traced to Lync. When Lync does not start with windows the error is not present. As soon as Lync.exe is executed the 6281 System Integrity
Code Integrity determined that the page hashes of an image file are not valid. The file could be improperly signed without page hashes or corrupt due to unauthorized modification. The invalid hashes could indicate a potential disk device error.
File Name: \Device\HarddiskVolume1\Windows\System32\SensorsApi.dll
On another computer same 6281 error but with the l3codeca.acm system file
If Lync is not running error does not show up in Event Log. If sound card is disabled error does not show up in Event Log. If Lync is running with sound card disabled error is gone. If Lync is not running with sound card enabled error is gone.
Have tried drives, updates, uninstall/reinstall, turning options on/off, registry setting etc. none have worked
