Hi All

I installed Lync 2013 client and getting error message when i start the application. The error is Microsoft Lync stopped working and crashes.

1. I did Lycn software repair and also office 2013 repair. Restarted the machine. Still the same issue
2. Disabled bluetooth driver and tried. same issue
3. uninstalled citrix receiver and tried logging itno lync. same issue

Even viewer logs:

I have already tried the link, did everythng mentioned in the port. Still the issue persisiting!

found out the answer.

The issue resolved after installing the patch lync2013-kb2899507

Thank you this worked for me as well as we had several computers that couldn't start lync.
