Hi - my lync stopped working - have MAC Lync 14.0.10 - when I sign in I appear as offline, my contacts load but no one can see me, I can message people but they can not message me.

Any ideas? Running OSx 10.10.2 Yosemite

Have tried the posted fixes of flipping language in preferences and it did not work.

From your description above, it can be the issue of Lync client. Please try to perform a clean uninstall of Lync for Mac 2011. And then download the latest version of Lync client for Mac to test the issue.

Its very frustrating as I rely heavily on this program.
