Lync Server 2010 is not installing

hi i m try installing lync server 2010 in win server 2008 r2 64 bit sp1 enterprise edition. it is giving me this error " Prerequisite installation failed: SqlExpressRtc." 

plz gents get my out of this rid. i try many web site for reference but still not understand what to do..
