Lync can receive calls but not call outbound

Hi, I have 8 users on MS 365 and Lync works for everyone until the 2013 upgrade when just one user is having problems.  The user can only receive calls and video form the others in the company, when she tries to call out to any user the Lync reports connecting and rings the recipient but does not go through. You see a phone with a slash through for both the caller and the receiver in the Lync window. Lync then locks up the caller side and has to be restarted.  The same user can call out via her IPhone App no problem.  The user can also IM out bound with no issues. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

did you test out this user in another machine? Maybe it's an application problem on that machine specifically...

Hi Eduardo,

Yes we did that test and it works fine from other PCs. We ran a repair on the Office install. No luck. She has a new laptop and it worked fine with Lync 2010. Maybe I should try installing the 64 bit version. Thanks again for any guidance.
