Hi AshwanG,

You can configure your audio device settings in Lync Preferences. In the Lync Preferences window, click the Audio tab.

If you are having audio problems, and you can't resolve them within the Lync for Mac client, you can specify the input and output devices in your system sound settings:

  1. Open System Preferences and select Sound.
  2. Select the appropriate settings for "Output" and "Input".

Best regards,

Eric

Just had a 30+ minute Lync call using iphone headset with macbook air. All was good, then suddenly call when on hold, and microphone stopped working. Could not get it back. I have Lync Audio preferences up, and microphone is not having any effect. I also have system preferences/sounds up, and microphone is working just fine there. Something is up...
