We have Lync working fine on Desktop/Laptops. However, we want to use the Mobility feature of Lync. Access lync through mobile. Please suggest/help.

Have TMG servers

Lync Mobility support wasn't added to Lync 2010 until CU4. Upgrade to at least CU4 (you should go with the latest) and follow the deployment guide:

Hi,

For Lync Server 2010, you need to deploy a Reverse Proxy in DMZ zone to support Lync mobile client. As you already have the TMG Server, you can do it using TMG Server.

What's more, before deploying Reverse Proxy, you need update Lync Server to the latest version.
