Lync stopped working error message on start up

Running Windows 7 and Office 2013.  Lync tries to start, but I get an error saying it has stopped working and it never works.

Here is a copy of the event log for this error:

I've disabled Bluetooth in Device Manager and all the services related to it as well.  I've also repaired MS Office 2013 and neither fixed the issue.

Any idea what may be wrong with it?

Hi,

Did the issue happen only for one computer or for multiple computers?

Please repair Office 2013 in Control Panel, restart computer and have a test.
