A Malware window comes up and tell me that a virus has taken over my computer. If I click anywhere on the screen to get rid of it, It locks me out of all my programs and tell me to by the antivirus to regain the computer. If I kill the power ( a big NO NO) but it was the only way I could shut down without using my mouse that I knew of. Are there any keys I can use to shut it down? It seems to go away then However, while surfing the net I still pick it up from time to time. It is getting old taking it to the repair shop all the time to get it removed. The tech. tells me that anywhere I click on the screen will cause problems but he didn't tell me how to get out of it by shutting down without using my mouse. I sure could use some help. ( I have antivirus, Antimalware, and anti spyware but they dont stop this attack.)1 person needs an answerI do too

To shut down the computer, try these methods:Press ALT+F4 on the keyboard repeatedly until the Windows shutdown menu appears.Press the power switch and hold it in for several seconds. Then, start the computer in Safe mode and run the scans again.
