MBAM Client Error 0x803d0005 - Access was denied by the remote endpoint.
We're beginning to deploy MBAM to our Win 7 notebooks. Rolled out the client a few days ago and today we're still not seeing any client information in the console. Checking the clients, we saw errors in the MBAM / Admin logs: Log Name: Microsoft-Windows-MBAM/Admin Source: Microsoft-Windows-MBAM Date: 3/12/2012 8:04:35 AM Event ID: 4 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: User: SYSTEM Computer: COMPUTERNAME Description: An error occurred while sending encryption status data. Error code: 0x803d0013 Details: A message containing a fault was received from the remote endpoint. Ran across kb article 2612822 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2612822) - added the registry value and restarted the MBAM Admin server. Added the NoStartupDelay registry value on a client and restarted the MBAM service there. Now I'm getting this error in the client logs: Log Name: Microsoft-Windows-MBAM/Admin Source: Microsoft-Windows-MBAM Date: 3/12/2012 10:15:14 AM Event ID: 4 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: User: SYSTEM Computer: COMPUTERNAME Description: An error occurred while sending encryption status data. Error code: 0x803d0005 Details: Access was denied by the remote endpoint. Can't figure out what to do next. Anyone see this behaviour before? Orange County District Attorney

Hold on, after waiting for 30-40 minutes I see that the systems are finally connecting successfully. Just being impatient. I'm good to go now.Orange County District Attorney
