I do not know what it has to do with Outlook Web Access? I was just typing what is on the screen thinking that might help someone help me, as this is new software. I'm not all that knowleable about servers, etc. All I need to know is how to use Outlook in XP to cause certain information to appear on all e-mails that I send out. Example: (Name, Company Name, Address, etc.) If you can help please help me. If not let me know you cannot. Thanks
