I'VE LOADED WIN7 AND I'M TRYING TO USE WIN 2000 OUTLOOK FOR E-MAILS. I'M ABLE TO RECEIVE MAIL BUT NOT SEND OR PRINT. WINDOW COMES UP STATING "MISSING MAB DLL", WHERE CAN I LOCATE THE FILE AND DOWNLOAD TO WIN 7?

The article refers to reinstalling Outlook Express to fix the missing WAB.DLL (I assume that's what you meant instead of MAB.DLL). The following versions of Outlook are fully supported on Windows 7; Outlook 2003 Outlook 2007 Outlook 2010 (when it gets released) beta is currently out So you see that Outlook 2000 is not supported, you need to either use Live Mail or use a newer version of Outlook.
