MONITOR DISPLAY PROBLEM - HAVE NVIDIA 8800 GTS GRAPHIC CARD INSTALLED - IN PROPERTIES SAYS 'THIS DEVICE CANNOT START (CODE 10)'
HAVE ABOVE CARD INSTALLED FOR A FEW YEARS, BEEN FINE. HOWEVER RECENTLY FOUR VERTICAL BANDS OF COLOURED THIN LINES HAVE APPEARED SPACED ACROSS MONITOR. HAVE LATEST DRIVERS FOR ABOVE PRODUCT INSTALLED. IN PROPERTIES ABOVE ERROR MESSAGE APPEARS.1. HAVE USED A DIFFERENT MONITOR - SAME PROBLEM2. HAVE UNINSTALLED DEVICE AND REINSTALLED - SAME PROBLEM3. HAVE DISABLED DEVICE - SAME PROBLEM. VERY CONFUSING AS THE DISPLAY PROBLEM IS STILL THERE WITH DEVICE ENABLED OR DISABLED! EVEN THOUGH (WHEN ENABLED) ERROR SAYS 'DEVICE CANNOT START (CODE 10)'.SO ON THE ONE HAND I HAVE THIS ERROR MESSAGE REGARDING MY GRAPHIC CARD - WHICH I THOUGHT WAS THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE DISPLAY PROBLEM, YET WHEN I DISABLE IT THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE, EVEN USING A DIFFERENT DISPLAY MONITOR - SO THIS LEADS ME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY GRAPHIC CARD? AND ALSO A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING ELSE IN MY SYSTEM AS THE DISPLAY PROBLEM IS STILL THERE WHEN CARD DISABLED!! HELP! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO OR HOW!!! 1 person needs an answerI do too

You have another problemYour Caps lock is stuck.does the problem appear if booted to safe mode?
