MSHelp:link tags embedded in a page do not work.
Example : <MSHelp:link xmlns:MSHelp="http://msdn.microsoft.com/mshelp" keywords="6854121d-429d-4d1b-9d64-342583e08378" TABINDEX="0">All MSHelp:link html tags embedded in the help page for Visual Studio, SQL Server, Books Online and Office 2007 do not work. After running Microsoft's free scan for virus and malware, they stopped working. The site said it would create a backup before scanning and if something went wrong, I could restore. No backup was created. When the links were working, I would get a message from IE-8, stating that it wanted to run an ActiveX control after the page loaded. I would allow IE-8 to run the control and the links would work. I do not receive this message now and the links do not work. Everything else on the page works correctly. This link from the "Index" pane, (ms-help://MS.SQLCC.v10/MS.SQLSVR.v10.en/s10rs_7rsmrf/html/0fa62cb1-2467-4624-9594-8d8c7d0d4e8f.htm)works correctly as does the links in the "Help Favorites" pane.Only MSHelp:link tags embedded in a page do not work.1 person needs an answerI do too
