This is my question: I use MSN Explorer version 10. When I receive a link in my e-mail (MSN Premium) and click on it, I can read it and everything is fine. When I go to print a section of text using my HP Deskjet-5650 printer, MSN Explorer will lock up. The error code I get it this:C:\docume~wayne~1\local~1\temp\WERFace.dir00\msn.exe.mdmpC:\docume~wayne~1\local~1\temp\WERFace.dir00\appcompat.txtDoes anyone know anything about this error message, and what I need to do to correct it? I have not had very good of experience with the MSN tech team yet. They advised me to contact my OEM folks. I think they are passing the buck as this file I listed definately has the (msn.exe.mdmp) in the last part of the path which indicates to me it is a problem with MSN Explorer. I have windows xp SP3 with all the updates and I use IE. I just completely reformatted this computer and loaded everything back on a couple of days ago so everything should be ok.1 person needs an answerI do too
