MSN Toolbar error (Error code: 400)
Almost every time I try to access my email or access a link (by clicking on a site) I get a message in the heading that states: "The MSN Toolbar has encountered an error. Please close all browser windows and start the browser again. (Error code: 400)"Obviously if I did this every time I would not get anything done, so I just wait the 1-3 minutes for the message to clear itself and then the operation will make the desired connection. How can I get this problem fixed? I have Windows XP in both a wireless laptop (which is where the problem is occuring) and a fixed station computer that is not experiencing this problem.1 person needs an answerI do too
