MS Outlook Express - Tools/Options/Spelling gives me only the French option. How can I switch to English?

I had to reinstall MS Outlook Express and now "Tools/Options/Spelling" is only "French". How can I change it to English? (I leave in NY, I don't speak Franch!)

Outlook Express requires the spelling function from Office 2003 or earlier.
