Major Wifi Problem
So I got the new windows 8 on my brand new Dell Inspiron i3137-3751sLV Touch Screen Notebook. I was connected to a wired internet connection and I turned my wifi off after I got windows 8.1. Afterwards I shut it down. 2 days later, i open up my computer to try and connect and the WiFi switch was greyed out and I couldn't access it. I reformatted my computer to it's original files and lost everything. But now the switch is gone. It only says "WiFi (Off)." At this point Ive called Dell tech support and they couldn't do anything. Please help me!

It's reverted to windows 8 and there's no wifi switch. Someone from dell uninstalled my driver and reinstalled it but that didnt work. (He did this after it was reformatted back to windows 8)

Well I already had someone from dell work on it. They did the whole control your computer thing. That didnt work either. They even uninstalled and reinstalled a new driver. (This was all after I reformatted it to windows 8 again.)

Hi,

I still thought this is driver problem until now. I made a search at Dell official site, the link below display the driver of your computer, I noticed a driver called "Dell Airplane Mode Switch Driver", did you installed it for test.

Please access to the link above and download the network driver for test.
