For security reason I do not wish for some people to make copies of my E-Mails ! How do I do that ??

You can't. If you send an email to someone, the recipient can print it out. Don't send emails you wouldn't want to be kept and/or printed.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
