It sounds like you only need this for one computer. If so, the easiest is to press Start, type and choose "view advanced system settings", open tab "Remote". Under "Remote desktop", make sure the appropriate choice is selected ("Allow...") and add the user pressing "Select users..." This can also be accoplished by group policy.
