Message boxes will flicker whenever I pass Box length (wierd, read post please)
Some time ago, I was posting a message on a game forum website, almost as I do in here. Same format: I press Post topic -> I write Message. Now thing is, boxes always have a default length such as this one for example (you can see this white part of the message box stop about an inch or two down.) But of course, we can continue writing, as the message will atomatically scroll down as you write. The weird thing is, that for some reason, even when I had windows XP, out of nowhere, I would write messages and they would flicker once I pass the last possible line of the message box. It just happened on facebook, and I'm writing pass the default size of the box here right now but for some reason it isnt happening (scrolls down just fine). So very recently, a few minutes ago, I tried to write a message on facebook. And as soon as the words would pass the set size of the box (literally) it would just not want to scroll down. It would constantly flick down and up super fast (real fast) to the point where I cant see what in the world i'm writing because it just keeps going to the top of the message. If i try to press down with the arrows on the line before that one i cannot see (so that I can see the last line I wrote) it won't go. I would have to hold the forward arrow, but regardless, it would just go right back to the top of the message soon as I enter any character whatsoever. I cant and I dont know what I can do about it yet. I havent changed any setting that say "Send message back to top once it passes default message size" Or anything of that sort. So does anyone know why It is happening? Appreciate it.
