When collaborating with the team, we often update documents and use <CTRL> S to save the documents.
When we do this, Microsoft Lync stops the connection with the team.
How can I disable hot keys from being processed by Microsoft Lync?

What do you mean by stops the connection? Are you doing a presentation and it stops the presentation?
