Hi, Would you please let me know if your network printer is showed in Device and Printers after booting? If not, please add it and set it to default first. Then have you notice the button "Manage default printers". If so, choose the first option: Always use the same printer as my default printer. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Automatically-switch-default-printers-between-home-work-or-school Also let me know if the issue only occurs on one computer? Go to load the latest printer driver manually and make sure the print spooler service is running. Check Security Center service ---------------------------------------- 1. Click Start, type Services.msc in Start Search bar, and then press Enter. 2. In the right pane, double-click Print Spooler. 3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, click Apply, click Start, and then click OK Best Regards, NikiPlease remember to click "Mark as Answer" on the post that helps you, and to click "Unmark as Answer" if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
