Whenever Microsoft Surface Lagoon runs, it is very slow. There is about a two second delay from when I put my finger on the screen and when I see the ripples. Everything else in the Touch Pack works fine. Any ideas why it is slow?There are 10 types of people, those who understand binary and those who don't.
