The most logical place to look for the the file is the Toshiba Support website since it a Toshiba application and not a Windows 7 file or feature. Whenever I try to launch the webcam application on my Toshiba, a missing shortcut tells me: Windows is searching for TWebCamera.exe. To locate the file yourself, click Browse. I think I might've removed it, so I'm wondering where can I download the application?
