In Window XP I am missing the add/remove programs icon in control panel (all views). Help!!4 people need an answerI do too

Tried nass1's suggestions but no sucess...ie My Add/remove icon has disappeared from Win XP control panel, Running appwiz.cpl from Start->Run does not seem to do anything, the 2 registry keys suggested above were not present, reinstalling the .inf as above doesnt apper to do anything.Otherwise my computer seems to be behaving OK - its XP SP3, virus checker is updated/scanned and nothing found, tried installing all the latest microsoft updates etc whcih didnt help (although didnt break anything else which was nice ! ;) )ANyone got any suggestions ??
