Hi! My problem is that everytime I turn on my computer I get the following error message saying that c:windows\system32\rundll32.exe file is missing.....while booting up and I get pop-up errors saying my Firewall prot. is off...my automatic updates is off...its just a mess.I purchased my laptop from BB and had Windows XP already installed so I do not have a CD available. Is there another way?? please send email be VERY much appreciated!! Thank you1 person got this answerI do too
