I was hoping that MS would finally 'modern up' to the ability to custom tweak the UI. XML would have been a good choice.. Yet again the icons are stuck in the shell or the exe files. Shell32 is way bloated with icons as far back as 95/98 icons.. The ability to use custom png or svg icons would make a nice addition.. XML configuration files are GREAT, IMHO.. Tweaked a many of em..
