Multiple non-Unicode languages without reboot?
I recently got a new subtitling programme to add subtitles (Arabic, Spanish, and Japanese) to my youtube videos. The problem is that I can't get the programme to read more than 1 non-unicode language at once...so I figured I should create a new account my laptop. I've tried creating a new user account for English & Arabic and keeping the default profile as English & Spanish but it doesn't work. It changes everything, but whatever I change on one profile automatically changes to the same thing on the other profile. This is very frustrating because I still have to reboot my laptop. Is there any way to have multiple accounts with a different default language for each one?2 people need an answerI do too
