My MSN premium mail program is not working. I had the computer at a Staples office supply store to get a cd drive checked. They said they were doing free computer cleanup. I said yes. When it was completed I took the computer home and the MSN Premium mail program wouldn't run. Error messages said files are missing. I downloaded one file and then another message poped up saying another file was missing. I took it back to Staples and I don't think they know how to fix it. I guess the program has to be re-installed. my concern is that there are folders with important emails in them. Will they be erased if I re-install the program? Where do I go to re-install.1 person needs an answerI do too
