My Windows 8.1 aren't working AT ALL

Hello guys, i just wanted to ask how you fix Windows 8.1 not working at all. Like my Alt-Tab is working but like Win-S or anything about Windows keys aren't working. It's really anoying because i cant get into my files...

Hi,

Lets start on screen keyboard from Ease of Access Center, then check if Windows key is working, if it is, it is a hardware failure. Try replacing your keyboard.

You may also use External keyboards to have a test.

Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM (if necessary) if you are on win 8 or higher
