The analysis of my hard drive shows that windows folder is using 28GB! However the total of the individula folders and files (including hidden files) is only 8GB, of which Microsoft net=3.6GB, system 32=1.3GB. Go to Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Disk cleanup. Perhaps, use TreeSize Free to see which folders contain the most data, and use that information to come up with a strategy for reducing the amount of space consumed by files on your disk.
