Mr. Ruiz You havent given us a lot to go on, but I suspect you have some form of corruption, so run a startup repair. Put the Windows DVD in the drive and boot from it. You may have to change a BIOS setting to make the first boot device a DVD/CD drive. To do this, when you switch on, look for a Setup message indicating which key to start tapping - F2 and Delete are commonly used. The message is not displayed for very long and it you miss it, you will have to restart the computer. In the BIOS, look for a section that contains the boot sequence, change it to DVD/CD, save it and let the computer reboot. Also, some preinstalled systems have another key (typically F12) that allows the user to open the boot menu rather than changing the BIOS boot sequence. As it starts to load, Press any key to boot from CD/DVD and Windows will start to load the files. Answer a few questions then select Startup Repair. You may have to run it several times. If you dont have a Windows DVD, on a working computer, download a free Windows 7 ISO image and burn it to DVD. Make sure you download the version that matches your existing installation, e.g. language, version and 32 or 64-bit.
