Install the network hardware device drivers and setup the connection to the Internet per your Internet Service Providers instructions.-- Shenan Stanley MS-MVP --How To Ask Questions The Smart Wayhttp://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

For your network card? Invoice Computer manufacturer's support web page by Model/serial numberOpening the computer and trying to physically determine the card you haveEtc. Did your computer come with a Drivers CD maybe? What is the make/model - perhaps I can get more specific... -- Shenan Stanley MS-MVP --How To Ask Questions The Smart Wayhttp://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

OK, I found the driver on the Gateway web site and copied it to a CD. Now how do I install it on the computer? Thanks for the help!

Run it. It may be zipped or something - but it is probably a stand-alone installer. If not - you would find the network controller with an exclamation mark next to it in the Device Manager listing and right-click and update its driver - pointing to (browsing to) the one you downloaded/unzipped.) Since I don't know what you downloaded - I don't know what you would need to do.-- Shenan Stanley MS-MVP --How To Ask Questions The Smart Wayhttp://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html
