My copy of xp is not valid and was preinstalled
I had a valid copy of windows xp when I bought my computer new. It crashed when I uploaded a "microsoft update". I had it repaired and now I have had my computer restricted by microsoft. I cannot acces my photos, docutments etc. Every time I start the computer I get a box saying something like I have been given a temporary profile. Why won't microsoft help me. I never intentionally loaded bad software. My computer is severely restricted no. I don't think it is fair. What can I do?1 person needs an answerI do too
