Ok so this problem occured on my old desktop and now its happening on my new netbook. At a random point in time the computer will stop doing what its doing and it would kind of freeze. You can still minimize the page you are on but then its like the taskbar is frozen and you cant even go into task manager or anything. Then the computer has to be shut down by turning off the power has this happened to anyone else and how do i stop it 1 person needs an answerI do too
