I recently bought a new printer and I am trying to make it work. My network configuration, IP Address. Port, mDNS, SLP are set correctly. I had troubleshot the problem and windows 7 is unable to fix it. The message states that the Driver Microsoft Tenedo Tunneling Adapter needs to be installed. I don't know where to look or whom I should contact to install this driver so my HP Photosmart C3795, All in on Printer will work with my HP Pavillion dv6-1352dx notebook PC. Thank you.

Based on the current situation, I would like to suggest you refer to HP Support & Drivers website to search and install the latest versions of the network card and the printer drivers for Windows 7.
