Need advice in bundling two or more dial up modem lines
Currently i am subscribing to two wireless / mobile connections. One is Axis Indonesia and another is Smart Indonesia. Axis is GSM and Smart is CDMA connectionI am using Windows XP (service pack 3) as the operating system. I have no problem at all connecting to the internet using each dial up modems as a single dial up connectionThe problem arise when I want to speed up my internet connection and I want to bundle both modems as one connection. Yes, Windows do provide way to dial up different numbers for each modem, but do NOT provide way to enter different user name and password for each modemSo I ended up rejected by the ISP of the second modem when trying to connect using the first modem ISP user name and password. In short my goal of bundling lines for an internet connection failed. Does anybody know how to solve this?1 person needs an answerI do too

HiIt does not matter what Windows can or can not do in this matter. To Bond two Internet connections you need a special ISP that provides suich service. The two signals to be Bonded need to be sync by the source (at the ISP's server) in order to really Bond when it gets to your computer. Hi Jack, I must say, I am thankful for your respond 1. regarding Windows limitation that requires one pair of IDENTICAL login username and passwordI understand your reply. But i would like to experiment it by myself to DETERMINE whether both connections CAN BE bundled. To my logic, there's NO way two different connections (with different usernames and passwords) CAN CONNECT SIMULTANEOUSLY with ONE dial up networking account and MOREOVER to be bundled when windows by itself CANNOT provide valid login parameters (which are username and password of the second, third or fourth dial up connection). So, with this Windows limitation in hand, to have a bundled connection, Windows REQUIRES that all connections dialed supplied with one pair of IDENTICAL login username and password, right? 2. regarding bundling requirementHow to determine if two or more connections can be bundled? ISP with special service? Suppose i make a dial up networking account with two CDMA modems dialling one ISP with one pair of IDENTICAL username and password, would it be successful? I do not really understand your explaination, please explain the synchronization process at the ISP server. I hope I do not confuse you with my lengthy sentence. Again thanks, and looking forward for your respond and explaination or reference link
